You do not need an induction. But if you feel like you would like some extra help on the gym machinery feel free to ask at reception and we will happily book you in for one free of charge.

We have showers. toilets, and lockers. You will need your own padlock for the lockers. We also have a sauna on site for you to enjoy and relax in.
Yes we have boxing bags located in the studio which can be used when there are no classes on. (Please note we do not allow sparring)
You can find all the Gym rules HERE. All members must comply with the gym rules. Anyone seen to be not following the rules may be ejected from the premises and refused entry in the future. Memberships will also not be refunded.
